Oxyhelp Oxygen Therapy

Yoga
Yoga's origins can be traced to northern India over 5,000 years ago. The word derives from Sanskrit root “Yuj" meaning to join or unite. It is a holistic teaching that aims to bring body, mind and soul into harmony. There are many different forms of Yoga often with their own Philosophy and practice. Here at Sphere we practice the European style yoga which refers to the physical exercises ie: the asanas and yogasanas.
The targeted exercises release deep-seated tension and strengthen the body. You gain energy and learn to be mindful of yourself and your own body. Among other things it helps the lymph flow as well as improve the elasticity of the skin and connective tissue. The organs and muscles are massaged by the exercises thereby being strengthened. The reduction of stress leads to a stronger immune system and last but not least will give you that radiant appearance.
